Our services are offered based on their availability and contingent upon weather conditions. We may alter or cease services without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For reserving a charter, you are required to:

  • Be of minimum age 18 years
  • Furnish accurate and detailed information
  • Remit the deposit amount as stated in your reservation confirmation
  • Adhere to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Reservations are considered confirmed only after we have received payment and issued a formal confirmation. We retain the right to decline service at our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability is contingent upon vessel readiness and favorable weather. We will exert our best efforts to accommodate your chosen dates and timings.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All quoted rates are in € and inclusive of pertinent taxes unless specified otherwise. Prices are subject to alterations without forenotice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial Deposit: 50% of the entire charter cost due upon reservation
  • Final Balances: Due 48 hours prior to the commencement of charter
  • Incidental Charges (if applicable): Payable upon charter completion

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, wire transfers, and certified checks. Secure, encrypted mechanisms are employed for payment processing.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • With more than 72 hours before departure: Complete refund minus transaction charges
  • From 24 to 72 hours before departure: Refund of 50%
  • Fewer than 24 hours before departure: No entitlement to a refund

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In cases where weather conditions are adjudged unsafe by our captain, we will propose to either:

  • Shift your charter to an alternative date at no extra charge
  • Issue a full refund if rescheduling proves infeasible

5.3 Mechanical Impairments

Should there be mechanical issues with the assigned yacht, we will aim to supply an appropriate replacement. In the absence of a suitable alternative, a complete refund will be furnished.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Regulations

It is mandatory for all guests to:

  • Comply with all instructions from the crew
  • Don safety equipment as necessitated
  • Declare any medical conditions that could influence their safety
  • Stay within the vessel's designated areas

6.2 Forbidden Items

Certain items are not allowed on the yacht, which include:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or any weapons
  • Excessive quantities of beverages that exceed moderate consumption
  • Pets (except when pre-approved)

6.3 Behavior

Passengers must comport themselves respectfully. We hold the right to abridge a charter without issuing a refund if passenger conduct endangers safety or hampers the experience of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Responsibility

We are liable up to the sum paid for your yacht charter only. Our accountability does not extend to:

  • Injuries sustained by passengers due to their own negligence
  • The loss or harm to personal effects
  • Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
  • Delays on account of weather or events not under our control

7.2 Insurance Cover

Comprehensive marine insurance is in place, encompassing both our vessels and operational activities. Guests are responsible for procuring their personal travel and effects insurance.

7.3 Risk Acceptance

Participation in our charter services implies recognition of inherent maritime risks and self-assumption of liability for personal safety and health.

8. Alternations and Itinerary Adjustments

We reserve the discretion to alter itineraries, paths, or schedules due to weather circumstances, safety concerns, or operational prerequisites. Efforts will be made to deliver comparable experiences should changes be necessary.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or alterations stemming from factors beyond our control, such as but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather events
  • Natural calamities
  • Regulatory enactments
  • Port blockages
  • Vessel breakdowns

10. Privacy and Data Protection
