What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes with a trained crew, necessary safety gear, fuel costs covered, and a selection of standard beverages. Depending on the package — for example, sunset outings may include an assortment of hors d'oeuvres, and business charters may provide meeting amenities and specialized catering services.
When should I make my reservation?
To secure your booking, we suggest reserving your yacht 2–3 weeks in advance. This is particularly important during our busy season, which runs from May to September. For corporate gatherings or private affairs, consider booking 4–6 weeks early to ensure wider availability and sufficient time for tailoring your experience.
What if there are adverse weather conditions?
Your safety is our highest concern. In case the captain judges the weather conditions to be hazardous, we will propose an alternate charter date or issue a complete refund. We constantly monitor the weather and will inform you with at least a 24-hour notice should the forecast be concerning.
Is it permissible to bring my own refreshments?
Yes, guests are allowed to bring their own snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. We also provide excellent professional catering, with customizable menu options to match your taste. Bear in mind, for safety measures, we do not allow glass containers on the yacht.
Do you accommodate guests with mobility issues?
We aim to be inclusive to all of our guests. Certain yachts in our fleet are designed with enhanced accessibility features. We recommend discussing your requirements with us when you book, and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and arrange any required facilities.
What is your policy on cancellations?
If you need to cancel 72 hours before departure, you will receive a complete refund. Cancellations that occur between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure are subject to a 50% refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded, except in circumstances of unsafe weather or mechanical setbacks from our end.
